Seven natural stones for the seven energy centres, root to crown : red jasper, carnelian, citrine, green aventurine, turquoise-blue, lapis lazuli and amethyst, 8mm beads on a stretch cord. Dadi called it the all-rounder: one bead for each part of you that needs looking after, not only the loud one. Wear it daily on whichever wrist feels comfortable; there is no fixed rule. The turquoise-blue bead is stabilised so it survives being worn, which is standard for that stone. Wipe the beads with a dry cloth and rest the bracelet on selenite or in the moonlight once a week or so; take it off before washing or swimming.
