Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are governed by the law of India.

About the persona and the descriptions

“Dadi” / “Dadimaa” is a storytelling persona used throughout this site. The stories, the childhood memories and the first-person voice are a narrative device, not a biography of a specific living or deceased person.

Descriptions of what a stone is “for” (calm, love, protection, focus, prosperity and so on) draw on traditional, cultural and folk belief about crystals. They are not statements of scientific or medical fact. Crystals are not a treatment for any physical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for professional care. Nothing on this site should be relied on as medical, psychological or financial advice.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we dispatch the item and email you to say so. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, for reasons including a pricing error, stock we cannot fulfil, a failed payment, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order already accepted. If a listed price is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to honour it.

Natural variation

Product photos are representative. Every natural stone differs in colour, shape, size within the stated range, and markings. Receiving a piece that differs visibly from the photo is expected and is not a defect. See How we choose the stones for how material is sourced and tested.

Cancellation by you

You can cancel for a full refund any time before the order is dispatched; email us quickly. After dispatch, use the Returns & Refunds process.

Intellectual property

The text, illustrations, photographs and design on this site belong to Dadimaa ke Khazaane. The persona illustrations are illustrations: a drawn figure, not a photograph of a real individual. Please do not reproduce site content without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for outcomes you hoped a stone would bring about. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Contact and disputes

Email hello@dadimaashop.com with any complaint and we will try to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
