Returns & Refunds

If a stone is not right for you, you have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The window
Email us within 7 days of the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Requests after 7 days can only be considered for items that arrived damaged or faulty.
Condition
Return the item unused and in its original pouch and packaging, with the care card. Because these are natural stones, ordinary variation (uneven colour, inclusions, small marks) is not a fault and is not on its own a basis for return of a damaged-goods claim; it is, of course, a fine reason to simply change your mind within the window.
How to start one
Email hello@dadimaashop.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We will reply with a return address. Pack the item well; a crushed parcel in transit back to us can end a refund claim.
Return shipping cost
For a change of mind, you pay return postage. For an item that arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, we cover it: send the receipt and we will refund the postage with your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we process the refund within 3 working days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 3–7 working days to show it. The original shipping charge is refunded only when the whole order is returned or the order arrived damaged.
Exchanges
We exchange for another item of equal value, or a different one with the difference charged or refunded. A fresh flat shipping charge applies to the outgoing exchange unless the original order was faulty.
Damaged or wrong item
Email hello@dadimaashop.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund for that item, including postage, and you will not usually need to send the broken piece back.
