What we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Order history and communication with us about orders
• If you sign in with a third-party account, the name, email and profile photo it provides
• Basic analytics about pages viewed and actions taken on the site

What we do not collect

We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Card and UPI payment is handled entirely by our payment gateway on their own systems. We are told only whether a payment succeeded and a reference number.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, to email you order updates and password resets, to answer your messages, to prevent fraud, and to understand which parts of the site are used so we can improve them. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of third-party service providers to run the shop: for payment processing, delivery, transactional email, analytics, sign-in and hosting. We share only the minimum personal data each one needs to do its job, and we do not sell your data to anyone. Email us if you would like to know which providers are involved in a specific part of your order.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage to keep your cart and your light/dark theme choice on your device, and cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics uses a first-party identifier. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 8 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Your choices

Email hello@dadimaashop.com to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to close your account. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting an account does not remove invoice records we are legally required to keep.
