Shipping

We ship across India only. Orders are packed by hand, so allow a working day or two before a parcel leaves us.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment clearing. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.
Delivery estimate
Once dispatched, most metro and larger-city addresses receive the parcel in 3–5 working days. Smaller towns and remote pin codes can take 6–8 working days. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges
Shipping is a flat ₹49 per order, anywhere in India and whatever the order value. The charge is shown in your cart and again on the checkout summary before you pay.
Tracking
The dispatch email contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. If tracking has not updated for more than three working days, email us and we will chase it.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net-banking or wallet at checkout. Payments are processed by a secure third-party gateway; we never see or store your full card details.
Undelivered parcels
If a courier marks a parcel undelivered and returns it to us (usually a wrong or incomplete address, or nobody available after repeated attempts), we will contact you to arrange a re-send. A second dispatch to correct an address error is charged at the flat shipping rate.
Damaged in transit
If a stone arrives chipped or broken, email hello@dadimaashop.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement, or refund that item, at no cost to you. See the Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
