Citrine Point

₹1,001

Natural stone · lab-checked
A hand-polished citrine point, warm as afternoon sun and a soft, even lemon-honey gold — natural citrine, not heat-treated amethyst. The merchant's stone, Dadi called it: for fresh beginnings, open doors and money that keeps moving. She pressed one into your palm whenever you started something new. Keep it on the work desk or in the cash drawer, point upward. Citrine takes gentle morning sunlight well; otherwise a cool rinse and a night under the moon once a month is plenty. A printed report from the Gem Testing Laboratory in Jaipur travels with it, confirming it is natural with no dye or heat treatment.

Dadi's note: A new stone likes a moment to settle. Give it a rinse, set it on the sill in the moonlight, and let it feel like yours before you ask anything of it.

Questions about this stone

Citrine is the merchant's stone: for fresh starts, open doors, and money that keeps moving. Dadi pressed one into your palm whenever you began something new. Keep it on the work desk or in the cash drawer. A hopeful old custom, not a promise.

Natural citrine is a soft, even lemon-honey gold, warm rather than burnt orange, with no white patch where a heated point was cut. Deep amber stones with a chalky white base are heat-treated amethyst, common in the trade but a different thing. Ours is the natural kind; how we source and test it is on the How we choose the stones page.

A short rinse in cool water and a pat dry is enough. Set it in the morning sun for an hour or two if you like (citrine takes gentle sunlight well), or leave it out under the moon once a month.

Descriptions of what stones are “for” reflect traditional folklore, not medical fact.

    Warm honey colour

Natural citrine is hard to find. This one is a gentle amber, not the burnt orange of heated stones. Lovely polish.

    Small but perfectly formed

The point is flawless and stands on its own. Would have loved it a little bigger, hence four stars.
