Amethyst Cluster

₹2,001

Natural stone · lab-checked
A raw amethyst cluster, deep violet and untreated, its colour running darker at the tips of the points and paler towards the base — the way natural amethyst always does. Dadi kept one on the windowsill for restless nights: people reach for amethyst to unwind in the evening, quiet an overthinking mind, and sleep a little easier. A cluster works a whole room, so set it by the bed or in a corner where you wind down. Rinse briefly, pat dry, and keep it out of long direct sun, which fades the violet over time. Treat it as a gentle ritual, not a cure.

Dadi's note: A new stone likes a moment to settle. Give it a rinse, set it on the sill in the moonlight, and let it feel like yours before you ask anything of it.

Questions about this stone

Amethyst is the stone Dadi kept by the bed, for restless nights and a mind that will not settle. People reach for it to unwind in the evening, steady the breath, and feel a little calmer than the room around them. Treat it as a gentle evening ritual, not a cure.

Natural amethyst wears its colour unevenly: deeper at the tips of the points, paler towards the base, sometimes faintly banded when you turn it to the light. It feels cool, and a touch heavy for its size. Dyed glass is one flat purple all the way through and may hold small bubbles.

Rinse briefly in cool water and pat dry. Once a month, set it out overnight under the moon, or leave it resting on selenite between uses. Keep amethyst out of long, direct sunlight; its violet slowly fades in a bright window.

A cluster quietly works a whole room, so put it where people gather or where you wind down: the living room, the bedside, a work corner. In Vastu the north-east suits calming stones; many also keep one near the entrance. Dust it now and then, and give it moonlight once a month.

Descriptions of what stones are “for” reflect traditional folklore, not medical fact.

    Untreated and it shows

No uniform dyed purple here — the colour is uneven and natural, deeper in patches. Came with a certificate. Packed very well for a raw cluster.

    Colour is deep and natural

No dyed purple here — it shifts from lilac to deep violet depending on the light. Stunning on my desk.

Lovely cluster, keep it out of the sun

I put it on a bright sill and the card's warning is real — a few weeks of direct sun and the violet at the edges looked a touch lighter. Moved it. Still a gorgeous piece.

    Great size for the price

Heavier and wider than I expected. Came with the certificate and the sweet blessing note.

    Beautiful, slow but safe shipping

Took about a week to reach me, but it was packed so carefully I did not mind at all.

Beautiful, one point had a small chip

A tiny chip on one of the outer points, likely transit. It is a raw cluster so I expected some character. The overall size and colour are lovely.

Colour is darker at the points, just like real amethyst

The listing explains the gradient — deep violet at the tips, pale at the base. Mine is exactly that. Sits on my bedroom windowsill. Bigger than I expected for the price.

    Centrepiece of my wind-down corner

Put it in the north-east as the guide suggests for calming stones. Everyone who visits touches it. Worth the money.

By the bed, and my evenings feel calmer

Whether it is the stone or just having a calm object to look at while I wind down, I sleep a little easier. The listing is honest that it is a ritual, not a cure.
